Here at the Adelle Davis Foundation we work closely with Bragg and love their Apple Cider Vinegar! We love it so much because it includes organic raw vinegar that is unfiltered, unheated, and unpasteurized. It is also Kosher Certified, gluten free, and non-GMO certified. Another added bonus of Bragg is that it contains the amazing Mother of Vinegar. This can also be called Mycoderma aceti, this means that the vinegar is in it’s natural state which supplies nutritional yeast and healthy bacteria that has excellent health benefits!
The most common way people use ACV in their daily diet is by ingesting it. It is commonly mixed with lemon and or honey and diluted with water. This can help with sore throat or indigestion and can also be used for healthier alternative cleaning material when compared to the harsher chemical products.
Seems crazy to think that it does more than make a fabulous salad dressing! I have been using apple cider vinegar for many years and have nothing but great things to say about this fermented stuff! It makes a great cure all for heartburn when my indigestion is acting up. Also, I gave up shampoo and conditioner a couple of months ago and it makes a great rinse for my hair! It’s cheaper than conditioner and does not leave me with any dandruff or heavy residue! Another added bonus is that ACV is gluten free, and with the increasing number of people realizing they have celiac or simply noticing their diets are better without gluten, ACV makes a great swap in over other products!
